Before the Senbatsu Elections, two of the idols from AKB0048 were announced to be on hiatus.
One of them was 12 year old Koizumi Ayaka , a girl from Diamondstar.
Every night, she checked on her hospitalised mother, to make the heart of her hair be unseen so no DES members can catch her.
But tonight was different. In her hand, warmed by a black hoodie, are dozen strains of emerald green hair. Slowly walking to the small hospital, she went to the entrance before a nurse takes her into the same room where Ayumi has always been.
“Here mother. Here’s the hair.” the daughter said in a cheerful tone.
She took off the headdress of her hoodie. It was short, and a different shade of green. It was like a dark shade of apple green, like her mother.
“Oh darling, what happened to you? You started to look just like me.” Ayumi asked.
“I do?” she said before she gave a soft giggle.
“So what are you doing tomorrow? I heard your band’s election is tomorrow. Are you going to watch it?” Ayumi asked as she started to lie down on her hospital bed.
“No Mom. I’m alright.”
But the next day, Ayaka got some messages from her friends all about the election. She got the texts of Tomone Kaoru as first and Miyabi Honoka in 16th. But most of them were all about Akimoto Sayaka graduating. Ayaka sighed. The girl who motivated her to return is graduating.
She was speechless for the rest of the day. She didn’t even cry.
That night, she grabbed her bag and went to the hospital again, but then she found a gasp.
